Shipping Policy
Fanaticfanz.com only ships to addresses in the United States, APO's, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Marshall Islands,
Palau, US Virgin Islands, and Guam. Some restrictions apply. Please check our product pages where applicable for more details.
In Stock Merchandise
Your order is usually processed and shipped (in other words, leaves our fulfillment center) within 3 business days.
fanaticfanz.com will let you know at checkout or by a follow-up message if the merchandise you have selected
is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability. For that merchandise, we will give you an
expected shipping time at checkout. All orders are subject to credit approval.
Standard Delivery
We deliver via UPS or a comparable delivery service. We use the U.S. Postal Service for PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses.
Items ordered at the same time may not always be shipped together; your delivery charge, however, will be based on
the total merchandise amount per address.
Note: Since the merchandise you order may be filled from several locations, items may arrive separately.
You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances. However, when ordering gift items
that you wish to have shipped to different addresses, there will be a separate charge for each address.
Shipping Surcharges
Based on their size and/or weight, certain items bear a Shipping Surcharge. Shipping Surcharges are shown on product pages
before you place an item in your Shopping Bag and will be added into the total shipping costs for your order.
Shipping To Multiple Locations
When you ship items to multiple addresses, we will add $5.00 for each additional address.
Rush Delivery
2-Day Express Delivery - add $7.00 to Standard Shipping Costs. Orders placed before 5:00 p.m. EST
for in-stock merchandise are processed the following business day. Expect delivery within 2 business days
after your order is processed. Some shipments to certain locations (such as Alaska and Hawaii)
may require additional time in transit.
Overnight Express Delivery - add $13.00 to Standard Shipping Costs. Orders placed before 5:00 p.m. ET for
in-stock merchandise are processed the following business day. Expect delivery on the next business day
after your order is processed.
Gift Boxes & Messages
Let us wrap your gifts in our exclusive gift boxes. One item per box: $6.00 (not available for certain items).
To order a gift box, when you add an item to your Shopping Bag, you can choose to have it gift boxed if a gift
box is available for that item. Simply check the box for Gift Box. You can also create a personalized gift message
on the Shipping Information page during Check out whether you have selected a gift box or not. Your message will
be delivered along with your shipment.
International Delivery
We cannot accept international orders on-line. If you would like to place an order for international delivery, please call
1.678.546.8227, Monday - Friday 8am - 9pm EST and Saturday 9am - 6pm EST.
Shipments outside the U.S. are subject to extra shipping and handling charges and fees.
Duties and value-added taxes may be required and are the responsibility of the customer.
Return and Exchange Policy
For Electronic Gift Cards: To return an electronic gift card for a refund, the full value must remain on the gift card.
For all returns: For an exchange, refund or credit, please fill out the Merchandise Return form.
Take your return item to a Fanatic Fanz store location with your receipt, or send the package via UPS
or insured U.S. Postal Service to the address indicated on your packing slip. Shipping and Handling
charges are not refundable. Please allow 25 days from the day you ship the return for your account to be credited.
